Aditya Hrudayam or Aditya Hridaya stotra is a hymn that was written by the sage Agastya and is used as the stotra or hymn of praise in the Hindu religion. The word "Aditya" means "the sun" and the word "Hridaya" means "the moon". The stotra was used by the great religious leaders of the Hindu religion, like Maha Guru Agastya, Lord Shiva, and God Aditya.
When a person is trying to meditate or do yoga, they would often use this stotra as a reference. It is one of the most important hymns of the Hindu religion and is often used as the start of a worship service.
